Buying guide
Data center switches from TIFNEX
Data center switches form the leaf-spine fabric that connects servers and storage. TIFNEX supplies leaf switches with 10G and 25G server ports and 100G uplinks, and spine switches with 100G, 400G and 800G ports in QSFP28, QSFP-DD, QSFP112 and OSFP.
We supply the matching 400G optics, DAC and breakout cables and fiber, and can design the full fabric. See our AI data center networking guide for spine-leaf and rail-optimized designs.
Common questions
What is a spine-leaf network?
Every leaf switch connects to every spine switch, so any two servers are the same number of hops apart. It gives predictable latency and scales by adding switches.
Should I choose 100G or 400G spine ports?
For new builds, 400G spines give more headroom and can break out to 4 x 100G. For smaller fabrics, 100G spines are more economical.
Do you supply NVIDIA Spectrum switches?
Yes, alongside matching LinkX-compatible optics and cables.
Have a bill of materials?
Send part numbers, quantities and target platforms. An engineer replies within 24 hours.
