Fiber pigtails from TIFNEX
Pigtails are short fibers with a factory-polished connector on one end, spliced onto incoming cable inside a patch panel or splice tray. TIFNEX supplies LC, SC, ST and MTP/MPO pigtails in single-mode and multimode, from 1m to 30m.
Pair them with fiber panels and enclosures and fiber tools for a complete termination job.
Common questions
Why use pigtails instead of field connectors?
Factory-polished pigtails give lower, more consistent loss than field-installed connectors, and fusion splicing is fast and reliable.
Do you supply 12-fiber pigtail bundles?
Yes, color-coded 12-fiber sets are available for panel termination. Request a quote with the connector type and fiber grade.
Can you also do the splicing?
